“Nearest station” is the station MLIT records for each sale; the walking time is not published per sale in this table, so a flat 2 minutes from the gate and one 15 minutes away are pooled. Building age, floor and view are not in the median, and in central Tokyo a new tower and a 1980s walk-up can sit on the same street at twice the price per ㎡.
